This disclaimer applies to use of the website of Meresmensignal B.V. (Meresmensignal), Haarlemmerweg 84, 1014 BE Amsterdam, and to information we publish about our recording studio. By using the site you read this disclaimer together with our legal notice and, where relevant, the terms and conditions.
2. No professional advice via the site
Articles in guides, answers in FAQ and service descriptions give practical explanations—for example vocal warm-up or loudness for streaming masters. They do not replace an individual contract, legal advice or medical guidance on hearing or voice use. Consult a doctor or audiologist if you have health concerns.
3. Accuracy of information
We update copy and rates regularly (last update: 16 October 2026). Prices, availability or technical details may still lag behind reality. Examples such as €435 for a half-day vocal session or €1,025 for a live-room day are illustrations; your quote confirms what applies to your project.

5. Artistic and commercial outcomes
Recording, mixing and mastering are creative and technical services. Results depend on performance, arrangement, source material and distribution choices outside our studio. We do not guarantee playlist placement, a specific loudness level on every platform, or revenue from releases. Our obligations are set out in the terms and conditions and your quote.
6. Liability for website use
Where permitted by law, we accept no liability for damage arising from reliance on website information without a separate written assignment, except for intent or wilful recklessness or where mandatory law requires liability. For damage from outages, malware or unauthorised access despite reasonable security, our liability is limited to restoring the site.
Studio assignments follow the liability rules in article 12 of the terms, not this website disclaimer.
7. Intellectual property
Images, text and audio on this site may not be copied or reused without permission from Meresmensignal B.V., except for personal, non-commercial viewing. The Meresmensignal name and studio materials remain our property or that of our licensors.
